Thank you for visiting!

I am an artist living in Phoenix, Arizona. I created this web site to serve as an online portfolio of my work. My intent is to share what I do with clients, fellow artists, and anyone else who is interested. I have experimented in a number of different media, including computer graphics, watercolor, oil, acrylic, quilting, embroidery, and my personal favorite – pencil and paper. Please click the links at left to see examples.

I put most of my creative energy into my job at South Pointe High School, a charter school in South Phoenix. South Pointe provides a nurturing, supportive environment to young people--much more than just academics. I do their promotional materials, maintain their web site, and do whatever else is needed. I am very blessed to be a part of this wonderful organization.

I am also about to start graduate school...maybe...I have been accepted to the Master of Nonprofit Studies program at ASU. If I bite the bullet and take out student loans I will go part time, at night. I decided to apply to the nonprofit program because I am passionate about social issues, but lack the assertive/outgoing/forceful nature to be a social worker or teacher. I want to learn grant writing, and other 'behind the scenes' activities that support nonprofits.

Thoughts:

One man was so mad at me that he ended his letter: 'Beware. You will never get out of this world alive.'
